Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Conduct complex business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and processes
- Perform periodic reviews of business continuity plans to ensure quality/accuracy
- Develop and conduct regular testing of business continuity plans
- Develop and maintain training and awareness program
- Provide training and guidance to staff on business continuity protocols and emergency response procedures
- Assist in updating and maintaining business continuity standards, documents, and policy
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity
- Support both internal and external audits of program
- Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization for resilience capabilities
- Perform after hours/weekend testing support as required
- Other duties as assigned
