Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex business impact analyses to identify critical business functions and processes
• Perform periodic reviews of business continuity plans to ensure quality/accuracy
• Develop and conduct regular testing of business continuity plans
• Develop and maintain training and awareness program
• Provide training and guidance to staff on business continuity protocols and emergency response procedures
• Assist in updating and maintaining business continuity standards, documents, and policy
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity
• Support both internal and external audits of program
• Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization for resilience capabilities
• Perform after hours/weekend testing support as required
• Other duties as assigned
