Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in developing risk reporting, with a background in financial services or cryptocurrency-related industries
- Strong analytical background with knowledge of SQL, Python, or a BI tool (Looker strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of the broader financial markets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with effective communication with all levels of an organization, given the high visibility of this role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage risk-related reporting, such as monthly and quarterly key risk indicator reports and risk assessment results reports
- Assist in the establishment of risk-based thresholds, and limits, to align with the organization's Risk Appetite
- Work with Enterprise Risk Management Lead and Head of Risk to develop agenda items, escalations, insight summaries, and other governance items for board and internal management committee meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify, collect, analyze, and present data that visualizes enterprise-wide risk exposures and trends
- Assist the Enterprise Risk Team in enhancing and managing risk reporting frameworks, regulatory deliverables, and management reporting
- Design and analyze dashboards that communicate the organization’s risk profile through metrics and trends
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all risk reporting activities
- Maintain and update risk-related inventories, including the risk taxonomy, control inventory, and process and entity libraries
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience as a Risk Reporting or Business Analyst at a financial services company
- 1+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience designing, measuring and reporting product or business line KRIs and/or KPIs
