Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota and scaling sales teams across multiple verticals or geographies
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Force Management, etc.)
  • Experience managing a sales team selling into enterprise segments
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
  • Data-driven and operationally rigorous, with strong CRM and forecasting acumen (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor sellers to drive individual and team performance
  • Build a high-performing, accountable, and growth-oriented sales culture
  • Own regional sales targets and deliver against quarterly and annual goals
  • Drive pipeline growth, sales process consistency, and forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize go-to-market strategy
  • Act as executive sponsor on key deals and strategic customer relationships
  • Support sellers with account planning and stakeholder engagement
  • Negotiate and close complex SaaS deals in mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Share market insights to inform product and marketing strategy
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion
  • Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide sales execution
