Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SAAS product implementation, particularly with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong background in enterprise software, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Proficiency in client engagement and managing complex integration projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and their integration
  • Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and system integrations
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and management
  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms
  • Expertise in handling system integrations across multiple platforms
  • Solid background in enterprise software solutions
  • Proven experience working with global customers in a professional setting
  • Available to work in US Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial software integrations
  • Expertise in managing multi-functional teams across global locations
  • Advanced proficiency in presenting and aligning strategies with C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven experience in mitigating project risks and driving smooth transitions to support teams
  • Knowledge of formulating proposals for new systems, procedures, or processes
  • Background in acting as a liaison to resolve subsidiary management issues
