Requirements

• At least 2 years of immigration law experience
• Strong understanding of immigration-related laws and procedures
• Excellent case management skills
• Client-service mindset and effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Utilize in-depth legal knowledge to make reasoned decisions in immigration matters
• Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude
• FBI Payments
• Stay informed about procedural requirements for various non-immigrant and immigrant visas
• Participate in all aspects of the immigration practice
• Utilize case management and billing systems
