Summary

Artera is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive with 5-8 years of relevant experience in oncology/urology to join their team. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, executing a sales strategy, understanding the value of Artera's AI-based medical tests, staying updated on industry trends, preparing presentations, leading negotiations, using a CRM system, and traveling as needed. The position offers a competitive base salary, commission structure, equity within the company, 401k matching, unlimited PTO, and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.)
  • Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Understand Artera's AI-based medical tests, their applications, and the value they bring to healthcare providers and patients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of Artera's personalized therapy solutions
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals. Ensure contracts and agreements are executed efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using a Client Relationship Management system

Preferred Qualifications

5-8 Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
