Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong ability to network, connect, and grow relationships with key decision-makers
  • Experience in both working warm leads and proactively generating self-sourced leads
  • Experience in coordinating and working with cross-functional teams to drive account success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing high-level stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to make informed business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Drive the retention of prior year revenue while identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain accounts, with an emphasis on the top 50 priority accounts
  • Conduct research to understand client buying events, market trends, and opportunities for business expansion
  • Present larger initiatives and solutions to top decision-makers to drive significant opportunities
  • Work closely with the internal sourcing team and Account Success Managers to ensure seamless execution of strategies
  • Attend industry and client events to engage with stakeholders where they are and strengthen client relationships
