Summary
Join Unite Us as a Sales Account Manager and become a dedicated partner to enterprise customers, owning their experience from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Develop deep relationships, drive adoption of Unite Us solutions, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Leverage your health and social care expertise to deliver tailored solutions. You will deliver sales objectives, manage sales pipelines, and track customer information in Salesforce. This remote, US-based role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales, customer success, account management or directly related work experience preferred
- Experience creating and sustaining strategic partnerships
- Experience with renewals and retention opportunities
- Experience analyzing data to pull our insights, tell a story and drive revenue growth within the account
- Demonstrated experience in managing a book of business
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales objectives considering overall opportunities, customer business priorities and anticipated business changes, our unique product capabilities, and value proposition
- Proactively leverage a matrix account team to develop and manage sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships and value
- Ensure customers have a high rate of customer satisfaction, adoption, engagement and retention
- Manage and track customer and transactional information in Salesforce
- Provide regular and accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure client adoption, utilization, and ROI for account users and sponsored users
- Practice effective, excellent communication with leadership, customers, and extended team and partners
- Act as the customerβs escalation point for business-critical issues, ensuring follow-up and resolution
- Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategic planning, sales training, customer marketing efforts, and customer care
- Be an expert in Unite Us products and services and educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions that currently are out of scope but would add value
