Summary

Responsibilities include collaborating with ad sales, tracking proposal outcomes, conducting client check-ins, identifying upsell opportunities, and analyzing data to optimize campaigns. This remote position offers flexibility and autonomy, preferably for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in account management within the ad tech industry, including a proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
  • Consultative approach to client management with a focus on solving challenges and driving value
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience crafting compelling narratives through performance decks
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products, Hubspot, Salesforce, and other ad tech

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ad sales to create inspiring, tailored proposals and pitches
  • Understand client need to develop strategies that showcase our ad tech's value
  • Track proposal outcomes to refine future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on ad tech trends and competitors for cutting-edge approaches
  • Serve as the primary contact, building trust and long-term client partnerships
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly reviews with performance insights
  • Translate client needs into customized advertising solutions
  • Address concerns quickly to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue
  • Work with Director of Client Engagement to maximize client investment
  • Create data-driven decks with campaign insights and actionable recommendations
  • Analyze data to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize campaigns
  • Use research and brand lift studies to enhance client value
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless campaign execution
  • Share client feedback to inform product and strategy development
  • Develop templated materials (case studies) to scale solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Background in marketing research, brand lift studies, or ad campaign measurement, a plus
