Join Zelh, a fast-growing outsourcing company, as a Sales Manager for a logistics factoring company. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing existing client accounts, and identifying new carrier accounts, particularly in Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales or account management within logistics, transportation, or factoring services on the US market, a strong understanding of the company carrier landscape, especially within Eastern Europe, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or account management within logistics, transportation, or factoring services on the US market
- Strong understanding of the company carrier landscape, especially within Eastern Europe
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional Eastern European languages a plus)
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with outbound outreach strategies and CRM tools
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to new company carrier accounts with a focus on Eastern European-based businesses
- Conduct outbound outreach campaigns to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Pass warm, qualified leads to the domestic company team for onboarding and further relationship development
- Understand client needs and tailor factoring solutions to meet their business challenges
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales performance and pipeline health
- Differentiate our offering from domestic competitors through deep industry knowledge and relationship-building
- Collaborate with inter-departments on issues that arise with your book of clients
- Manage problem accounts or workouts as needed
- Handle other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Industry knowledge of transportation, factoring, and finance preferred
