Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams with daily tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle communications (emails, calls)
- Maintain and update sales collateral and digital resources
- Process orders accurately, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Generate invoices, track payments, and resolve order discrepancies
- Address customer inquiries via phone/email, ensuring prompt resolution
- Manage CRM records, handle complaints, and identify upselling opportunities
- Update CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Generate sales reports (weekly/monthly), track KPIs (conversion rates, revenue), and assist in forecasting
- Maintain digital/physical files, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with policies
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and logistics teams
- Support onboarding new sales staff and organize team training
