Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales administrative, operations, or support role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and client interactions
  • Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Track and update sales performance data to ensure timely reporting and insights
  • Monitor and update internal sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure smooth internal communication
  • Handle internal scheduling, client follow-ups, and sales-related meetings
  • Support internal sales training, team coordination, and process documentation
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance tracking sheets, and presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal sales functions
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, and company procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with contract processing, invoicing, and sales documentation
