Summary
Join our team as a Sales Admin and provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team. This remote, flexible-hours position requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will manage the CRM system, track sales performance, coordinate with clients, and streamline sales processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and capable of multitasking. Experience in sales administration and proficiency in CRM software are essential. This full-time role offers a flexible work schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales administrative, operations, or support role
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and client interactions
- Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Track and update sales performance data to ensure timely reporting and insights
- Monitor and update internal sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Act as a liaison between the sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure smooth internal communication
- Handle internal scheduling, client follow-ups, and sales-related meetings
- Support internal sales training, team coordination, and process documentation
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, performance tracking sheets, and presentations
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal sales functions
- Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, pricing guidelines, and company procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with contract processing, invoicing, and sales documentation
