Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Sales Administrator - Support in Manila and contribute to the success of our global sales team. You will qualify leads, research and add business information to grow our Total Addressable Market (TAM), create prospect lists, maintain CRM data, generate reports, and provide occasional admin support. This fast-paced role requires excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an admin or customer service role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skillsโ€”you know how to keep things clear and professional

Responsibilities

  • Qualify potential customers and leads for our global field sales and sales development teams
  • Help grow our Total Addressable Market (TAM) by researching and adding detailed business and contact info
  • Create targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Clean up and update contact and business data in our CRM
  • Become a go-to expert for CRM usage and help maintain clean, reliable data
  • Pull together and visualise data to create meaningful reports that support key business decisions
  • Lend a hand to the Leadership team with occasional admin support when needed
