Responsibilities

  • Support the account manager team, managing operational (sales) processes, basic data analysis, reporting, and planning
  • Building on supporting our partner relationships. Helping partners become more successful with hear.com
  • Support relationship between partner office / provider / owner with hear.com
  • Managing spreadsheets
  • Salesforce reports and related projects
  • Special partner projects: Communication of new go-to-market approaches, pilot programs, new policies (via video calls, phone calls, email)

Preferred Qualifications

The knowledge to perform SalesForce.com administrative functions is a plus
