Summary
Join Trustonic as a Sales & Business Development Manager in Malaysia or Vietnam, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the APAC region, building and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering customer solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic partners, developing new client relationships, presenting products/services, creating business plans, leading deal closures, providing market insights, and collaborating with the APAC team. The role requires strong sales and communication skills, experience in business development within a technology company, and a deep understanding of the mobile device ecosystem and security solutions. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Trustonic offers a flexible work environment.

- Have demonstrable Business Development experience at a Technology company
- Have experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Have a strong understanding of mobile device ecosystem, service providers, and mobile app protection
- Have a strong understanding of security solutions
- Have a Degree, MBA or relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Identify strategic partner prospects and where applicable support the establishment of these relationships
- Generate new potential clients through making connections, building relationships and establishing networks
- Present appropriate products/services to potential clients that meet their needs
- Develop plans to create new business opportunities in the market and winning new customers
- Lead key deal preparation, presentation and leadership to attain a successful close
- Provide customer and market insight to support the development of the wider go-to-market strategy
- Translate market feedback and collate data and information to provide guidance for our product strategies
- Provide insight, support and collaboration across the APAC team to maximise sales opportunities
- Travel to customers in region as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Have preferred experience in Security products and / or telecom devices/ services
