Summary
Join Allurion as a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the DACH region, focusing on growing existing partner clinics and acquiring new high-potential accounts. You will implement strategic priorities using the 4C Success Model and the ACT Model, focusing on B2B2C conversion of medical weight loss considerations. This role requires strong analytical, training, communication, and influencing skills, along with experience in practice development and partnership. The position involves significant field work, exceeding quarterly budgets, and implementing the 4C Success Model. Success requires a data-driven approach, accountability, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. The role is primarily remote, with significant travel.

Responsibilities
- Increase the productivity of existing accounts using the 4C Success Model
- Acquire new high-potential accounts using the ACT Model
- Achieve B2B2C conversion of medical weight loss considerations using various marketing methodologies
- Train partner clinics on marketing methodologies
- Exceed quarterly budget and forecast plans
- Fully learn and implement the 4C Success Model through identifying key stakeholders in accounts and delivering regular and ongoing training of the accounts
- Act autonomously within the organization following the first 90 days of onboarding
- Pass certification following Allurion Essentials new hire training
- Fully referenced
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience opening new markets
- Have experience launching new products or new categories of products
- Have previous medical device or medical weight loss experience
- Have experience working with clinics/HCPs
- Be multilingual
- Have evidence of continued professional development
- Have marketing experience, particularly digital marketing
