Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed explanations of treatment options, including the benefits of our services
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products that can enhance patient outcomes
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and objections, guiding them toward successful treatment completion
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding sleep apnea, treatment options, and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service, fostering strong, trusting relationships with patients
  • Assist in resolving patient issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, ensuring all communications are logged in the CRM
  • Update patient records and track progress within the Salesforce CRM
  • Monitor patient compliance with sleep study requirements
  • Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outreach and sales activities
  • Provide clear instructions on how to use dental impression kits
  • Follow up with patients to ensure the timely return of completed kits
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for dental impression kits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care
  • Experience in telehealth or healthcare
