Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, ideally in a finance-related industry
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and familiarity with banking instruments (e.g., letters of credit, bank guarantees, etc.)
  • Experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or business development
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email platforms. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong focus on accuracy, particularly with financial documents and lead management
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and financial platforms or CRMs

Responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize, and manage incoming emails
  • Draft and respond to emails on behalf of executives or the business, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Filter spam and irrelevant emails, managing inbox efficiency
  • Manage LinkedIn connections, including sending and accepting connection requests
  • Craft personalized messages to engage with new connections
  • Assist in growing the business’s professional network by identifying and connecting with potential leads
  • Regularly update and optimize LinkedIn profiles to reflect business goals and expertise
  • Monitor and manage business-related WhatsApp messages
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, partners, and prospects
  • Organize group chats, follow up on important conversations, and ensure communication is aligned with business objectives
  • Research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities
  • Create targeted outreach strategies to engage potential leads via LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms
  • Nurture leads from first contact to deal closure, maintaining an organized database of communications and progress
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes
  • Apply knowledge of financial services, markets, and banking instruments to assist in business tasks and client interactions
  • Conduct basic financial research when needed to support business development and deal structuring
  • Review financial documents, banking forms, or instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, both virtual and in-person
  • Maintain a calendar of important deadlines and follow-ups
  • Organize digital files, documents, and contracts relevant to business activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Experience working remotely with international clients or partners
