Summary
Join Credit Suite Inc. as a proactive, customer-oriented Sales Assistant (Contractor) to cultivate new and current accounts, increase sales, and maximize opportunities. You will strategize with Account Executives to grow account revenue daily. This customer-facing position requires a positive, collaborative mindset, exceptional service dedication, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. Responsibilities include reaching out to leads, scheduling appointments, following up with partners and clients, and completing special projects. The position is full-time, remote, and offers flexibility. The starting hourly rate is $6.00 USD per hour.
Requirements
- Foreign Contractor/Freelancer
- Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Motivation to succeed, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to dynamic and ever changing environments as we constantly seek to scale and meet the fluid needs of our clients
- Communication - Effective communicator with strong English language skills, excellent listening comprehension, ability to think critically and assess where support and training may be needed
- Teamwork : Ability to collaborate with the Head of Sales as well as other team members to determine needs and problem solve
- Ownership : Successful applicants will be self-motivated, independent, but also open to coaching and constructive feedback. We love people who can see a need or gap, take ownership and then share solutions and ideas
- This is a full-time position
- This will require an 8 hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 7pm ET
- Starting hourly rate is $6.00 USD per hour
Responsibilities
- Reach out to all new leads using provided script and schedule appointments for the assigned Account Executive
- Check in and follow up with all partners on a biweekly basis to determine if they need any assistance or need to speak with their designated Account Executive
- Follow up with all clients that have scheduled appointments to provide a reminder of their appointment
- Complete special projects or assignments as requested
- Other duties & responsibilities delegated as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not required
