Join Optimyl Benefits as a Sales Assistant and support the sales team by processing quotes and facilitating critical processes in new business flow. This part-time, temporary position (August-December 2024) reports to the Director of Sales Operations and involves data entry, quote delivery, paperwork review, and collaboration with sales staff. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in English are required. Requirements

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows
- High School Graduate or GED
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Data entry of quoting and underwriting information
- Efficiently deliver requested quotes accurately and by agreed-upon deadlines
- Perform in-depth paperwork reviews to ensure documentation for prospective clients and work with sales staff to obtain necessary information
- Support a set of Sales Directors in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
