Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team
• Deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience in the store
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships using instore CRM tools
• Learn and expand knowledge on Mulberry's product, brand, services, and local events to enhance the customers experience
