Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in direct sales
  • MUST HAVE an experience in olive industry
  • Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads
  • Passion in sales work, diligent and initiative
  • Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, good Interpersonal building skills
  • Local language and fluent English in writing, speaking, listening and reading
  • Driving license cat. B

Responsibilities

  • Implement the company's sales plan, to achieve the sales targets
  • Work closely with our local partners
  • Search for target clients, build client pools and conduct direct sales, via phone calls, physical visit
  • Collect, organize and feedback information on target market
  • Through the establishment of deep customer relationship, promote customer re-purchase, transfer introduction, to achieve sales growth
  • Responsible for the establishment of customer information, storage and classification management

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment/related
