Summary

Join a leading provider of solar and clean energy solutions as a Sales Consultant! This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM PST) involves conducting virtual consultations via Google Meet with prospective solar customers. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales and/or client-facing experience is preferable, but not required
  • Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings via Google Meet or other platforms, with strong camera and client-facing presence
  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads and track sales progress (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Energetic, personable, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
  • A resilient, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on achieving goals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and appointments effectively

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations via Google Meet with inbound leads to discuss solar energy solutions
  • Present the benefits of clean energy, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, focusing on providing value and addressing their concerns
  • Manage the pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to keep the sales process moving forward
  • Work with customers to qualify their needs and ensure a smooth transition to the next stages of the sales funnel
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process from consultation to closing
  • Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce or other platforms) to track leads, manage appointments, and monitor progress throughout the sales cycle
  • Follow up with leads who may not immediately convert, maintaining engagement through email and other outreach methods
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the consultation and sales process, ensuring customers feel heard and informed
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in solar energy or clean tech is highly advantageous
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals through consultations and high-quality follow-ups
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, leading to long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • A well-managed sales pipeline with accurate tracking of progress and timely follow-ups
  • Positive client feedback regarding the professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness of consultations
