Summary

The Busick Agency is hiring remote sales representatives to sell mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products on a commission basis. The job offers one-on-one mentorship, flexible work hours, and the opportunity to build a team and own an agency. No license is required for hire, but one must be obtained in the respective state.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Organized
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem-solving

Responsibilities

Run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products

Preferred Qualifications

Opportunity for a 5% raise in commission level every two months based on production
