Summary

Join Eleks Sales Operations Department as a Sales Coordinator in Lviv, or Ivano-Frankivsk with occasional Lviv office visits! You will facilitate sales objectives, ensure team alignment with sales processes, and foster cross-team collaboration. This key role handles all sales operational requests. The position requires 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, understanding of SDLC and sales/marketing processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and English. You'll be responsible for updating leads/opportunities, preparing reports, maintaining a knowledge base, and scheduling meetings. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, experience working in teams
  • Understanding of SDLC, sales, and marketing processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English (writing/speaking)
  • Highly detailed with a focus on process adherence and a constant aim to improve efficiency
  • Self-motivated and comfortable to work unsupervised
  • Self-improvement potential, self-education, and fast-learning abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with internal team stakeholders with clear and effective messaging
  • Ability to take initiative and improve the processes when an opportunity emerges

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all leads and opportunities are updated and is able to report on the exceptions to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and accessibility of information
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Ensure sales process is adhered for processing of leads and opportunities
  • Maintain a knowledge base of sales artifacts provided through coordination and engagement with other departments
  • Schedule and lead meetings as needed as part of sales coordination
  • Ability to manage a diverse team of individual contributors towards a single goal
  • Coordinate to ensure ADPs and go-to market initiatives are tracked accordingly and completed based on agreed timelines and scope

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM
