You will be responsible for qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and making quick decisions. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and business communication, working in a close-knit team with a transparent culture. Daily work involves interacting with international clients, requiring fluency in English and Polish. The position offers a remote or hybrid work model with flexible hours and various benefits.
Requirements
- Fluent, high-level English proficiency – absolutely essential; you’ll be using it every day in spoken and written communication with international leads
- Genuine curiosity or understanding of complex service-based offerings – this is not a simple product sale with a quick transaction and small volume; you’ll be helping clients navigate tailored, high-impact digital solutions
- High personal culture and language awareness – you know when casual language or slang helps build rapport, and when professionalism is key
- Proactive attitude – you’re not afraid to act and make decisions
- Natural curiosity about people and business – a genuine interest in understanding client needs
- Ability to organize your own work and prioritize tasks effectively
- High energy, positivity, and readiness to engage with clients
- Ability to stay focused and efficient under time pressure
- Resilience to rejection – ability to stay positive and motivated even when some leads don’t work out
- Ability to set healthy boundaries – knowing when to move the client forward without unnecessary delays
- Willingness to work as part of a team while taking ownership of your tasks
- Open-mindedness and a strong drive to develop skills in sales and business communication
- Fluency in Polish (B2+) & English (B2+)
- Knowledge of business etiquette and how to handle initial client conversations professionally
Responsibilities
- Daily work with clients from all over the world – not once a quarter, but as the core of your daily responsibilities
- Responsibility for qualifying incoming leads – evaluating which inquiries have real potential and are worth pursuing
- Direct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, or other channels – you’ll be the first point of contact
- Independence and trust – you’ll often make quick decisions without waiting for approval
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business communication – opening up new career growth paths
- Work in a small, close-knit team that truly values creativity, ownership, and fresh ideas – your input will be seen and heard
- Being part of a radically transparent culture – open access to project strategies, knowledge bases, metrics, and even financials
- Participation in a feedback-driven environment – we share context, results, and insights openly to learn and grow together
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, recruitment, or similar client-facing roles
- Creativity in finding ways to reach and engage prospects
- Understanding of basic sales pipeline and lead qualification principles
- Interest in technology, innovation, and business development
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment (startups, agencies, service companies)
- Basic analytical skills – ability to notice patterns and trends in lead quality
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and prioritize quickly
- Previous experience with CRM platforms (like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Benefits
- A truly international, modern work environment with full knowledge transparency and a collaborative spirit
- Stable employment with real variety – this isn’t a repetitive job, each day brings something new
- Remote or hybrid work model – with flexible expectations depending on your location
- If you live near one of our offices (Warszawa, Gliwice, Kraków, Wrocław), we’ll ask you to drop by about once a week
- If you're based further away, about once a month will do
- Flexible working hours – with defined core collaboration time, but full trust in how you manage your day
- Yes, at Boldare you can actually step out mid-day for a haircut or personal errand – we focus on delivering outcomes, not tracking hours
- Regular team meet-ups and a people-first approach – whether in person or online, we prioritize connection and bonding
- Access to internal and external learning initiatives – including Tech Talks, Product Development Chapters, and more
- Variety of working arrangements – choose between an employment contract or B2B, depending on your needs
