Summary

Join Reliance Health's growing team as a Senior Sales Development Associate and lead a team focused on generating qualified leads, ensuring CRM accuracy, and improving conversion rates. You will coach and motivate your team, monitor performance using KPIs, and provide actionable feedback. Responsibilities include lead qualification, onboarding and training, data entry, metric analysis, and collaboration with other teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of sales development experience (including team management), strong presentation skills, and experience with B2B sales and CRM tools (preferably Zoho). Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience in an sales development role, preferably managed a team in previous roles
  • Good presentation skills, the ability to establish rapport with decision-makers at all levels
  • Need to have prior experience in a B2B, and usage of CRM tools, preferably Zoho

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales development team to consistently achieve or exceed lead generation and qualification targets
  • Monitor team performance using KPIs and provide actionable feedback through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Oversee the qualification of leads and ensure smooth handover to the sales team in line with the sales funnel stages
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous coaching sessions to improve the sales development skills and productivity
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the CRM and maintain high standards of data hygiene
  • Analyze team metrics and contribute to forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Teams to align on targeting, messaging, and pipeline needs
  • Act as the first point of escalation for sales development challenges and remove obstacles to performance
  • Share market and prospect feedback with relevant teams to help refine campaigns and product messaging
  • Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence within the sales development team
