Summary

Join Viator, a Tripadvisor company, as a Sales Development Associate I and embark on a 6-month fixed-term contract in the UK (ideally near Oxford or London). Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, hospitality, or telesales, is advantageous
  • A strong interest in starting a career in technology or software sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle objections and learn from feedback
  • A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and experience managing tasks systematically
  • A team player who is open to coaching and dedicated to continuous personal and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers using pre-populated lists
  • Clearly and concisely articulate the value of the Bókun platform during your calls
  • Understand the initial needs of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our product
  • Generate and qualify new leads, scheduling product demonstrations and consultations for the Product Sales Executives
  • Manage all sales activities, from call outcomes to lead status, within our Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and other related KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Spanish or other European languages is beneficial, but not required
