Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting—cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn—to spark conversations with potential customers
  • Identify and qualify leads to build strong business opportunities
  • Research and strategize before outreach to improve engagement and connect with the right decision-makers
  • Keep the momentum going by managing leads in Salesforce and following up strategically
  • Collaborate with AEs, sales leadership, and peers to refine outreach strategies and continuously improve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare
  • Background in sales, especially in a high-volume outbound role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Cold calling experience
