Summary

Join Ceros as a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the success of leading brands. This remote, full-time position offers a base salary of $60,000-$65,000 plus uncapped commission, with total compensation projected at $85,000-$110,000. You will build and maintain a sales pipeline, utilize AI-driven sales tools, and generate qualified meetings. The role requires 2-3 years of SDR/sales experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SDR/Sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor other SDRs
  • Understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest, and handing off to sales
  • Ability to write coherent emails, and willingness to make 3 hours of cold calls a day
  • Ability to articulate unique value propositions and persuade prospects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a changing environment with an ever-evolving product
  • Passionate about start-up culture and impacting the company

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Utilize a variety of AI-driven sales tools, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in your approach
  • Generate qualified meetings with potential buyers via phone, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead generation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator, Nooks)
  • Conform to best practices for sales development/business development with regard to telephone calls and e-mails with new prospects
  • Coordinate meetings with sales executives, and log all activities in our Hubspot CRM
