Summary
Join ASAPP as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and become an integral part of our dynamic team. This crucial role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting outreach campaigns, and nurturing prospect relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Director, Account Directors, and Marketing team, contributing significantly to sales strategy development and implementation. This hybrid or remote position, based in Raleigh, NC, offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on demand generation, marketing channel management, and sales partnerships. The role requires proven sales development or marketing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms. Compensation includes a performance bonus and eligibility for ASAPP's equity plan.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales development or marketing role, preferably in a technology company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound lead generation efforts through targeted outreach and prospecting
- Make calls, emails, and utilize social channels such as LinkedIn to engage target prospects and customers.Β Qualify inbound leads and prioritize follow-up based on engagement and fit
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated campaign strategies
- Assist in distributing marketing content across various channels (social media, email). Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize lead generation and conversion
- Help drive registration for marketing-led events such as trade shows, webinars, and other in-person networking events
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Provide feedback to improve sales collateral and messaging effectiveness.Β Act as liaison between prospect and the AD (Account Director) to ensure timely scheduling of first meetings, and to assist with follow up
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other SDR/BDR tools is very welcome.Β Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Benefits
- $90,000 - $90,000 a year
- For Sales related positions: this compensation includes a performance bonus, and eligibility to participate in ASAPP's equity plan
