Requirements

• Have experience in acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales
• Demonstrate ambition and a drive for personal success
• Possess strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing
• Be willing to contribute your own ideas to improve team performance
• Have a desire to pursue or advance a career in sales
• Speak fluent German (native or second language), English, and Polish, Romanian, or Turkish

Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with potential clients using provided sales tools
• Manage the full sales cycle, from scheduling and preparing appointments to closing deals
• Utilize Salesforce CRM software for efficient lead management and tracking
• Implement new cold acquisition strategies and convert existing customers to paid versions
