Requirements
- Have experience in acquisition and sales, ideally in B2B sales
- Demonstrate ambition and a drive for personal success
- Possess strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing
- Be willing to contribute your own ideas to improve team performance
- Have a desire to pursue or advance a career in sales
- Speak fluent German (native or second language), English, and Polish, Romanian, or Turkish
Responsibilities
- Make initial contact with potential clients using provided sales tools
- Manage the full sales cycle, from scheduling and preparing appointments to closing deals
- Utilize Salesforce CRM software for efficient lead management and tracking
- Implement new cold acquisition strategies and convert existing customers to paid versions
