Summary
Join Deel as a Sales Development Representative (Deel IT) and become a subject matter expert, breaking into new and existing accounts. You will foster relationships with multiple contacts across all levels of our target customer segments, understanding the direct impact on the company's bottom line. Daily tasks involve collaborating with the sales team, conducting market research to identify potential customers and leads, and qualifying those leads by understanding their onboarding approaches. This role is crucial for generating new business opportunities and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. You will utilize various outreach methods, including email, phone, and social media, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Continuous professional development opportunities are provided.
Requirements
- Native or fully proficient French & English
- Previous experience and track-record supporting the French market and other European markets
- Previous experience and track-record as an outbound SDR across multiple verticals and sectors
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
- You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- You have worked for a HRIS company or IT/HR-Tech company
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup
- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
