Summary

Join Deel as a Sales Development Representative and become a subject matter expert, breaking into new and existing accounts and building relationships with various contacts across our target customer segments. You will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying prospective clients, scheduling product demonstrations, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Requirements

  • Native or fully proficient French & English
  • Previous experience and track-record supporting the French market and other European markets
  • Previous experience and track-record as an outbound SDR across multiple verticals and sectors
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
  • You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have worked for a HRIS company or IT/HR-Tech company
  • You've worked at a fast-growing startup
  • You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
