Join Flagright, a leading SaaS platform, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the growth of our sales team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to build and own the lead development function, working with experienced founders. You will book and qualify outbound meetings with senior stakeholders in Tier 1 financial institutions, conduct market research, and leverage tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo. The role involves identifying customer pain points, smoothly handing over qualified leads, and maintaining CRM hygiene. Requirements

  • Be excited by a fast-past, constantly evolving startup environment
  • Have at least 9 months sales development experience – including cold calling, crafting personalised outreach messages and prospecting videos
  • Be willing to take ownership of the sales development function and make it your own
  • Have previous start up experience
  • Have a track record of achieving against a quota in previous positions
  • Be able to work fully remotely from a UK based location
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Be able to leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Apollo

Responsibilities

  • Book and qualify outbound meetings (BANT) with senior stakeholders in large Tier 1 financial institutions
  • Research new companies within the TAM to understand why companies would be compelled to use a new solution – this is a low volume high value based approach
  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to drive multi-channel prospecting campaigns (mix of calls, emails, video and LinkedIn outreach + any creative methods you discover) into new accounts
  • Effectively identify pain points and opportunities in customer strategies and relaying the benefits of a new solution
  • Smoothly hand over sales qualified meetings to the Founder to close
  • Maintain good CRM hygiene for accurate metric tracking and forecasting
