Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join Lightspeed as a Sales Development Representative and work remotely from Manila! Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with technology (software, mobile, or related fields)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and telephone skills, with strong listening, verbal, and written communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential customers from marketing sources (e.g., webinars, trials, quote/demo requests) via telephone
• Deliver a world-class experience to prospects and customers, creating an excellent first impression
• Assess customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a suitable match
• Effectively manage multiple lead sources, including calls, emails, chats, and referrals, simultaneously
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to devise new strategies for expanding the sales pipeline and consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
