The position offers a minimum base salary of $70,000, with on-target earnings of $85,000 plus equity and benefits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with cold calling and email outreach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to build interest in Stairwell’s solutions
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Stairwell’s offerings
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Develop a deep understanding of Stairwell’s product and cybersecurity market trends
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Inception and related products to prospects
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead-generation campaigns and messaging
  • Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and market insights to improve sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics, including calls, emails, and meetings scheduled
