You will be responsible for generating high-quality sales appointments, managing leads, and engaging with prospective clients across various channels. Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant sales experience, including cold calling, lead nurturing, and lead qualification
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience, particularly through remote channels
  • Proficiency in IT tools, with experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office, including Sheets or Excel
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) and an established network to enhance both personal and company brand in a B2B environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the sales teams have quality appointments by making outbound calls to qualified leads
  • Conduct/perform prospecting activities including making cold calls, sending emails, delivering on social strategies, etc
  • Manage all business-related activities at the forefront of the sales process on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Qualify, nurture, manage and convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) using a systematic process developed through collaboration with sales and marketing leaders
  • Explain our products to prospects including inbound marketing leads and outbound prospecting leads
  • Perform sales presentations over the phone, web and in-person as needed
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
  • Make effective use of CRM to track, assign, and qualify leads
  • Maintain pipeline of prospects via Outreach Sales Enablement platform and achieve agreed targets of booked meetings for acquisition team
  • Research and build database of contacts
  • Accurately update and maintain internal records and systems
  • Ensure the start of the customer journey reflects our business in a positive light
  • Generate reports as required to track business metrics
  • Applicants must be willing and able to undertake occasional travel as required for the role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SaaS business environment
  • Strong understanding of digital products and services, with an aptitude for navigating technology-driven sales
