Requirements

  • Proven hunter: 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales development or lead generation role with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Proactive and results-driven: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunger to achieve targets
  • Excellent communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, sales intelligence tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo.io), and other relevant technologies
  • Quick learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments
  • Team player: Collaborative and supportive of colleagues, with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads: Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.) to identify and engage potential clients
  • Build relationships: Develop rapport with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Qualify opportunities: Assess prospect needs and determine if Studion's solutions are a good fit
  • Schedule meetings: Secure introductory meetings for the sales team to further explore potential partnerships
  • Track and report progress: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline development in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
  • Stay informed: Continuously research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the digital health and/or digital learning industries is a plus
