Join our client's team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the growth of high-growth companies. This entry-level, fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will learn and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, and utilize tools like HubSpot and RingCentral. Direct guidance and mentorship are provided, with the potential for advancement onto one of the client's teams. The role emphasizes developing sales skills, working collaboratively, and contributing to pipeline growth. Successful candidates will meet daily call targets, accurately track data, and adapt outreach strategies based on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or similar role
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and drive engagement
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot for email sequencing, follow-ups, and data tracking is highly advantageous
- Communication: Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
- Energy & Attitude: Great energy, self-motivated, adaptive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High Call Volume: Meeting daily call targets (60-200 outbound calls) and effectively qualifying leads
- Efficient Data Tracking: Accurately tracking and managing leads in HubSpot, ensuring follow-ups are timely and properly documented
- Adaptive Outreach: Continuously improving the outreach process based on data analysis and feedback to drive better engagement and results
- Pipeline Development: Contributing to the growth of a healthy sales pipeline by setting qualified appointments and nurturing leads
Responsibilities
- Outbound Dialing: Conduct 60-200 outbound calls per day to qualify leads and set appointments with potential customers
- Lead Research: Use provided URLs for organizations to perform market research and gather relevant contact information
- Email Sequencing & Follow-ups: Leverage HubSpot to set up email sequences, track data, and follow up with leads effectively
- Adapt Outreach Process: Customize outreach strategies and adjust based on response data and prospect feedback
- Utilize Dialer System: Use RingCentral for dialing and managing outreach campaigns
- Leverage AI Tools: Optimize outreach and communication strategies with AI tools like ChatGPT for content and messaging improvement
- Process Adherence: Follow established SOPs and processes to ensure efficient outreach and quality lead generation
Preferred Qualifications
Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with Aircall dialer and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
