Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
- Experience using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or similar tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and distill key information about prospects
- Comfortable making cold emails and engaging with potential clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research: Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach to identify potential clients within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Prospecting & Outreach : Conduct cold emails, send personalized emails, and leverage LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers
- Market Research: Gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential pain points of target companies. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights that can improve positioning and messaging
- Copywriting & Personalization: Write compelling and tailored messaging that highlights our services and how they align with the prospectβs needs. You will need to be very comfortable with LLM apps (ChatGPT, Claude, etc). These will be leveraged daily
- CRM Management & Optimization: Track outreach efforts, log interactions, and maintain accurate records of lead activity using HubSpot. Ensure accurate and updated CRM records, tagging prospects for better lead nurturing
- Opportunity Identification : Recognize and surface collaboration opportunities that align with our service offerings
- Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Data Enrichment & Segmentation: Enhance prospect lists by categorizing leads based on industry, company size, and needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or data-driven services
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (preferred) or other CRMs
- Knowledge of outbound sales strategies and best practices
