Summary
Join RetailNext as a Sales Development Representative and play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. You will prospect and qualify leads through various channels, understand customer needs, and schedule appointments for Account Directors. Success hinges on strong communication, a results-oriented approach, and CRM proficiency. This role offers hands-on B2B sales experience, building a foundation for advancement to an outside sales position. The position focuses on achieving outbound meeting targets, generating qualified opportunities, and demonstrating proficiency in sales methodology and RetailNext's product suite. Responsibilities
- Execute strategic multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns through phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other digital platforms
- Research and identify key decision makers within target accounts
- Create personalized outreach sequences across multiple channels
- Build and optimize email templates and calling scripts
- Maintain high volume of quality outbound activity across all channels
- Conduct initial qualification meetings to validate prospect needs
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Track and report on all prospecting activities and results
- Utilize sales tools and CRM to maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions
