Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or B2B industries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity solutions to potential clients
- Understanding of the sales process with a focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms
- Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., calls made, meetings scheduled, leads qualified)
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and other internal teams
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research potential clients within target industries and organizations
- Use various tools and channels (email, phone calls, social media, etc.) to engage prospects
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects and qualify them based on specific criteria (e.g., company size, needs, budget, and timeline)
- Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and determine whether they are a good fit for our cybersecurity solutions
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information on leads and sales opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and follow-up
- Provide relevant insights and context to the sales team to support successful lead conversion
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings
- Contribute to the companyโs overall revenue goals by generating high-quality leads that lead to closed deals
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, products, and industry news to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and improve performance
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of cybersecurity products and services is a plus but not required
