Requirements
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in logistics (brokerage) and a track record of success in prospecting and lead generation

- Ability to quickly assimilate in-house training and adapt to the companyβs processes
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, gather essential data, and build comprehensive prospect profiles
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on pre-established criteria and ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile
- Information Transfer: Accurately hand over qualified leads and gathered information to the inside sales team for further development
- Profile Development: Develop and maintain detailed profiles of prospects and manage information in the company's database
- Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach techniques and provide feedback on prospecting insights
