Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we also welcome fresh graduates or individuals with a strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Dutch and English business proficiency. French is a big advantage
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our product and industry

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Articulate our value proposition effectively to prospects and educate them on how our solutions can address their specific needs
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position our solutions in the market
