Summary
Join Our Dynamic Team as an SDR π. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, identifying and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we also welcome fresh graduates or individuals with a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Dutch and English business proficiency. French is a big advantage
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our product and industry
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Articulate our value proposition effectively to prospects and educate them on how our solutions can address their specific needs
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position our solutions in the market
