Requirements

  • Have a completed commercial education or extensive sales experience in the SaaS sector
  • Be an exceptional phone talent with a clear goal in mind: closing deals
  • Be enthusiastic about outbound, new customer acquisition, and scheduling appointments
  • Be communicative and have a customer- and solution-oriented way of working
  • Work structured and independently, but thrive in a team environment
  • Speak fluent German and have good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the sales cycle from pre-qualification to scheduling live demos
  • Actively and proactively engage with existing and new customer contacts for inbound and outbound communication
  • Establish the first positive telephone contact with our future customers, laying the foundation for a successful collaboration
  • Be our champion at events and trade shows, organizing appearances and making an impact
  • Maintain oversight of sales activities using HubSpot
  • Work closely with our technical, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Help us discover new sales channels and develop creative outbound sales strategies
  • Be driven by clear goals and benchmarks, always on track for success
