Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification activities
• Utilize creative internet research and social media monitoring/messaging to identify new leads aligned with our product offerings and market needs
• Tailor sales campaigns by researching prospects' goals, market trends, and pain points, and create customized materials such as email templates, presentations, and videos
• Qualify customers' needs and challenges to be able to understand where Vonage API solutions could help
• Gather actionable information on clients' needs and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment in territory strategy
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities
