  • Demonstrate Lead Generation Experience: Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create opportunities for the sales team
  • Possess Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and effectively communicate with prospects via phone, email, and social media while providing feedback internally

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach (cold calling, email, and social selling)
  • Qualify Prospects: Use qualification frameworks (MEDDIC) to assess potential leads and ensure they meet criteria for further sales engagement
  • Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system (Outreach.io)
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Sales to schedule meetings and demos, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, LTV product offerings, and competitors to provide value-driven conversations with prospects
  • Business Travel: Willingness to travel for industry events as needed. Travel to attend sales conferences occasionally throughout the year

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar role
  • Sales experience in data or automotive industries
