Summary

Join a fast-growing U.S.-based company as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and lead outbound prospecting efforts, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level organizations. You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, research target accounts, build and maintain a lead pipeline, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). The position is a full-time, long-term independent contractor role with flexible hours and a work-from-home option. Opportunities for professional development are also available.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in an SDR, business development, or outbound sales role (preferably in SaaS)
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated success in hitting activity-based and results-driven KPIs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with high autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers
  • Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and book meetings
  • Research target accounts in different industries
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and lead targeting
  • Track and report on daily/weekly KPIs related to outreach and meetings booked

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus
  • Familiarity with U.S. markets and business culture is a bonus
