
Sales Development Representative

Requirements
- 1β3 years in an SDR, business development, or outbound sales role (preferably in SaaS)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated success in hitting activity-based and results-driven KPIs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with high autonomy
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers
- Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and book meetings
- Research target accounts in different industries
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and lead targeting
- Track and report on daily/weekly KPIs related to outreach and meetings booked
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus
- Familiarity with U.S. markets and business culture is a bonus
