Summary

Join Xplor's Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Sales Development Representative and make a real impact. You will help drive pipeline generation and revenue growth by generating prospect lists, booking demos, targeting key accounts, assisting in data quality management, learning CRM best practices, and participating in sales training. This 100% remote position, available to U.S. candidates (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), offers a base salary of $50,000 USD plus commission. The role requires a strong drive to achieve personal goals, attention to detail, resilience, and teamwork. Requirements

  • Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales
  • Motivated to make 40+ calls every day
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Generate ideal prospect lists for our team to sell to
  • Call prospects and book a demo with our Account Executives
  • Target key accounts with multi-modal outreach approach
  • Assist in data quality management and enrichment
  • Learn CRM best practices and workflows
  • Participate in sales training programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for the boutique fitness industry
  • Strategic mindset to drive pipeline creation in a specific territory
  • Create engaging email copy that effectively communicates key product value
  • Comfortable appearing on video for video-based email communications or other video-related initiatives
  • Display confidence and ease in public-speaking and presenting
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Competitive nature and drive to exceed individual targets
  • Looking to transition into an Account Executive role in the future
