Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and client acquisition
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall team success
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation in sales activities, effectively generating excitement and interest from potential clients
  • Strong capability in conducting detailed research on prospects and market trends to inform sales approaches
  • Ability to adapt messaging and strategies based on different audiences and market conditions

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
  • Proactively seek opportunities to connect with prospects in target industries
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage potential clients and generate interest in our services
  • Customize messaging for different audiences to ensure maximum engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects and leads in HubSpot CRM
  • Monitor progress, schedule follow-ups, and track key metrics to ensure an organized and efficient sales pipeline
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather insights on potential prospects, competitors, and industry trends
  • Leverage social media platforms and online resources to inform outreach strategies
  • Stay updated on AI technologies and tools, including ChatGPT, to hold informed conversations with clients
  • Effectively position AI solutions to address client needs and drive sales
